Guarantee-Based Refund Policy

XFactorMarketing.io operates a performance- and guarantee-based service model. This policy is designed to align incentives while protecting both parties.

Setup Fees & Deposits

All setup fees and deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Setup fees cover strategy development, system architecture, onboarding, software configuration, sales infrastructure, and resource allocation.

Performance Guarantee

Where a written service agreement explicitly includes a performance or outcome-based guarantee, such guarantee will be clearly defined by:

Timeframe

Measurable performance metrics (e.g. qualified leads, revenue benchmarks, system deployment milestones)

Client obligations required to achieve the outcome

Refunds or credits apply only if:

XFactorMarketing.io fails to deliver the agreed scope and

The client has fulfilled all agreed responsibilities (approvals, access, budgets, responsiveness, and operational cooperation).

Guarantee Limitations

The guarantee does not apply if results are impacted by:

Client delays or non-responsiveness

Changes in market conditions

Insufficient ad spend or budget limitations

Client-side sales execution failures

Third-party platform disruptions (e.g. Meta, Google, CRM providers)

Refund Method

Any approved refund will be limited to the fees paid for the guaranteed portion only.

No refunds are provided for completed work, partially completed work, or time already invested.

Cancellations

Clients may terminate services with written notice in accordance with their agreement.

No refunds are issued for the current engagement period unless explicitly stated in writing
